What does it take to be able to pick a winner on the horses?
Luck? A keen eye? a reliable system?
If you’re talking about picking 1 winner, then all of those
can apply.
But what about when you’re looking to pick winners
on a consistent basis?
Let me tell you what it takes as this is exactly
what I have been doing,
for the last 9 months! What it takes is…
A lot of hard god damn work!
Knowing the in’s and out’s of each track, race and all the runners.
It's not just about a runners form, its about the distance, the going (track conditions), the jockey, the trainer.
To be able to pick winners on a regular basis you need to take all of this into consideration.
And trust me this is not an easy thing to do day in day out, week in week out.
But if you do put in the time, you can be rewarded…
That’s a 228.07pt profit in 9 months.

- My worst month was the 2nd month I bet (May 2023) a 8.2pt profit.
- My best month was November last year, a +39.4pt profit
All the other months have seen a consecutive profit (between 20pts-30pts).
I bet at £50 level stake win bets.
I bet to Betfair SP and all my profits are after the 5% fees Betfair charge.
I’m not going to put in this much effort for a grand or two profit (betting at £5 or £10 bets).
But
What I’m going to do today is offer you my tips, so you can bet at what level you like, without you
having to do all the heavy lifting.

If you’d done this over the last 9 months (May 2023 - Jan 2024) you would have Pulled in 228.07pts profit, thats…
- £2,280.70 to small £10 level stake bets.
- £5,701.75 to medium £25 level stake bets.
or betting like I do at level £50 bets a nice £11,403.50
That works out at an average of £1,267 and change each month for the last 9 months.
Some months were more than this, some were less…
Once you have been using it a few months I’m sure you’ll consider doing what I have just done for August. Putting your stakes up to £100 per bet.
I think this isn’t for everyone but to pull in close to £12,000 in 9 months is quite something.
I’m sure I’ll make profit over the next 9 months, its just a case of how much profit.
Doubling my stakes actually means I only have to make half of what I did in the last 9 (114pts profit) to pull in another £11k.
But I’d much rather take £20k, as I’m sure you would.
- I bet on all types or racing, whether this is the Turf, Jump or All Weather racing so there is always action on most days of the year.
- I limit my bets, no picking 6 or 7 horses per day (or more).
- Bets are limited to a max of 5 on any give day but the usual is between 1 and 4 selections per day.
- It is very rare that you get an odds on favourite from me as when I’m betting £50/£100 per return there is too much risk in backing at this amount for little return.
Why bet £100, to get £120 back on a horse that “should” win easy.
Too many times these horses are pipped at the post and its not worth it.
Lowest odds will be around the 2/1 (3.0) mark, meaning we’re seeing a decent return when the winners drop in.
Will I lose?
Of course I will.
If you’re looking for a tipster who hits a huge % of winners, then keep looking, this is not for you.
I hit a very respectable 23% strike rate.
Meaning you can expect roughly 1 in 5 to win, or more accurately 23 out of 100 bets.
Again if you don’t have the patience to put up with the occasional losing run this service is not for you!
